Skydive Adventures collects personal information necessary to process bookings, provide services, and ensure participant safety. This may include contact details, weight, health declarations, and payment information. We do not sell or trade customer data.

Booking & Deposit Policy

A non-refundable $100 deposit is required to secure any booking. Deposits may be transferred to a future date with at least 48 hours’ notice.

Weather & Operational Delays

Skydiving is weather-dependent. If operations are delayed or cancelled due to weather or safety conditions, bookings will be rescheduled without penalty.

Participant Requirements

Participants must:

• Be at least 18 years old

• Weigh within published safety limits

• Be in suitable physical condition to skydive

Skydive Adventures reserves the right to refuse service to any individual whose participation may pose a safety risk.

Medical Considerations

Participants with medical concerns should consult a physician before booking.

Gift Certificates

Gift certificates are valid for two years from the date of issue and may be transferred but are not redeemable for cash.

Liability & Safety Compliance

All participants must complete and sign an approved liability waiver before jumping.

Safety decisions made by instructors and staff are final.
